Because I am a hip and happening young person, I was recently asked to appear on an episode of MTV’s Like the Show, which is hosted by Morgan Evans, another hip and happening young person like me. I had just woken up and showered, which is why I am so coy and dewy. We talk about Orange Is the New Black and shark attacks as well as some other topics relevant to America. I wrote something for the Talkhouse, the popular music website, about what I accurately believe to be the greatest summer jam of all-time, “Burnin’ for You” by Blue Öyster Cult, one of the greatest bands of all-time and I am right about everything. You can read the whole thing right here.

Coming soon to an Internet portal near you is Metal Grasshopper, the incredible web series in which I get schooled in the ways of metal by Philip H. Anselmo, my friend and legendary singer from Down, Pantera, Superjoint Ritual, and a bunch of other bands besides those. The Times-Picayune, the paper of record in New Orleans, did a nice preview of it here. We rented a goat. How cool is that?
