Attention Rock People:
Hello. This is your man Dave Hill. As many of you know, in addition to my incredible show business exploits, I am also one of the greatest rock people of all-time. In keeping with this tradition, my incredible rock band Valley Lodge will be unleashing the fury on everyone who shows up next Friday, June 17 at the Mercury Lounge, the popular rock club, at 9:30pm, which is when the show starts. We have not played a show in a long time and we have been practicing scales and stuff ever since the last one, so you can pretty much bet that the amount of heat we will be bringing will be extreme in nature. Also, I got a new axe (i.e. guitar), which is great for me, and my pants are tighter than anyone in the medical community would ever recommend. As if all of that is not enough, we will totally be playing with two other great bands, .357 Lover (featuring the great Corn Mo on lead throat) and Gowanus (named after the river, I think). Most bands suck but my band and the other two I just mentioned are awesome and chicks want to make out with us, like, a lot. Ask anyone. I really hope you can make it because we will be playing all the hits and we are even on iTunes, which is for champions. Also, we are going to be on an all-new episode of MTV’s “Beavis and Butthead” this fall and I am not even making this up. So there. Deal with it.
