Introducing Diamondsnake!
Posted on 1st May 2010

Hello there.  As many of you know, I can’t stop rocking.  And now- in addition to fronting my own incredible rock band Valley Lodge and also playing guitar in the incredible Walter Schreifels Band– I have joined forces with my friends Phil Costello (Valley Lodge, Satanicide, Tragedy, “Phil” from the hit television program “The King of Miami”), Tomato (Sound of Urchin, T.H.O.R.), and Moby (Moby) to form Diamondsnake, an unstoppable band that defies categorization, melding elements of rock, hard rock, metal, and heavy metal into something no one has ever heard before ever. You can get a sense of things by checking out our just-launched website here. And if you are in New York City, come see us at the Highline Ballroom on June 17th. I haven’t talked to the guys about it yet, but I am hoping to play a 45-minute guitar solo in the middle of our set. And finally, you should join our Facebook and MySpace (Time machine not included- am I right or am I right?) pages too. Oh yeah, and I wanted to mention that the awesome drawing above is by Jim Krewson, my new favorite artist (I drew the logo though, something I only mention because it’s not nearly as good as the drawing itself). Okay, that about covers it for now. Get ready to have your ass handed to you.
